Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour in bottom of pan.
    Add brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Stir; watch for lumps.
    Add chicken; turn to coat. Cut green pepper into slices; add to pan.
    Add pineapple chunks. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until juices run clear.
    Serve with rice.
