Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Stir in corn, onion and pimento.
Mix well. Turn into 1-quart casserole dish.
