Boston Circle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    6 egg yolks
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix vanilla, sugar, water and egg yolks for a long time.
    Then sift flour and baking powder.
    Beat this on high speed.
    Add a little at a time until all is in.
    Then beat egg whites until stiff and fold in mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0.
    Makes two layer pans.
