Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 c. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
7 oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mozzarella cheese, shredded (for topping)
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add corn muffin mix. Top with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
