Miniature Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Texas Pete to taste
    2 loaves party rye bread
    1 lb. hot sausages
    salt to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage, stir until melted real good.
    Add salt, Texas Pete and oregano (to suit taste).
    Spread on bread slices and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    May top with pepperoni, grated cheese, onions, green peppers, mushrooms or other topping of your choice.
    Makes 75 to 80 and can be frozen.
