Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation

Cook raisins and water together 2 to 3 minutes; cool.
Sift salt, soda, cinnamon and flour together.
Add sugar and egg to raisins.
Mix well.
Add flour mixture.
Bake in a greased glass pan at 325\u00b0 or in metal pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
