Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (more if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with pepper and onion; drain.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
