Easy Tender Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket (trim all fat)
    Hickory Smoke
    Kraft barbecue hickory smoke sauce
    dried chopped onion
    honey
    red wine (garlic) vinegar
    oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Line large pan with foil.
    Place brisket in foil.
    Pour 1/4 to 1/2 bottle of hickory smoke and 1 cup of water over meat.
    Close foil tightly.
    Cook slowly at 250\u00b0 for 7 to 8 hours.
    Open foil, pour off all liquid and fat.
    Pour barbecue sauce and remaining ingredients over meat.
    Close foil tightly.
    Cook slowly at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
