Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    parsley
    2 c. crab meat
Preparation
    Melt butter and margarine.
    Stir in flour, then add milk and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Mix the remaining ingredients with the pasty mixture and pat into cakes.
    Bread cakes in flour, egg and bread crumbs in that order.
    Fry in hot oil until brown and firm, turning once.
    Set on paper towel to soak up oil.
