Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. prunes
Preparation
    Mix together egg, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add remaining ingredients, one at a time.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
