Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar (Domino)
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. shelled raw peanuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, Karo and water; bring to a boil.
    Stir in peanuts gradually so as not to lose boil.
    Boil until peanuts pop and turn brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda; stir well.
    Pour on well greased platter.
    I use cookie sheet.
    Gives candy room to spread and easy to break in pieces when cool.
    (You have to pour fast.)
