Mississippi Mud Cake Microwave(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cocoa together.
    Remove from oven and stir in sugar and beaten eggs; mix well.
    Add flour and salt.
    Mix well. Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Cook 8 minutes on bake and 3 minutes on High.
    Rotate while baking.
    Sprinkle marshmallows on warm cake (you can return to oven 45 seconds to soften).
    Cover with Chocolate Confectioners Sugar Icing.
