Aunt Helen'S Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water beets were cooked in
    4 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell
    2 pkg. grape Kool-Aid
Preparation
    Mix water and Sure-Jell; bring to a hard boil.
    Add sugar all at once.
    Bring to a full, hard boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Kool-Aid and stir until dissolved.
    Skim off foam and put into jars.
    You can strain the beet water through a cloth for a nice, clean jelly.
