Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. raw sweet potatoes (3 to 4 medium)
    3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. spices (cinnamon or nutmeg)
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes.
    Add sugar and melted butter; mix well.
    Add milk, flavoring, salt and spices.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add eggs (slightly beaten) and mix.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
