Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. scalded milk
shredded cheese
Preparation

Grease a casserole dish.
Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Sprinkle with some onions.
Sprinkle some flour, salt and pepper over the layers.
Dot with butter.
Put some shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers until you use all the ingredients, ending with butter.
Pour milk over all.
Bake, covered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover; add some cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
