Smoked Fish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. smoked fish
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. cream or substitute
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
    Serve with cracker or melba toast.
