Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain juice
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (or any brand whipped cream)
    1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
    shredded coconut (as much as you like, or none at all)
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate.
    You may even get clever and garnish the top with maraschino cherries and/or pineapple chunks.
