Smoked Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/4 lb. turkey breast
    1/2 c. teriyaki
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    2 tsp. chopped ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    head lettuce
Preparation
    Mix all marinade ingredients and put in plastic bag with meat. Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove turkey breast and wrap in large lettuce leaves.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Wrap in heavy-duty foil with two layers.
    Place on a hot grill with cover and cook on medium setting for 1 1/2 hours or until center is 165\u00b0.
    Unwrap and discard lettuce.
