Dilly Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow summer squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of onion powder
    1 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley (1 tsp. dehydrated)
Preparation
    Slice squash crosswise 1/4-inch thick.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add squash, parsley, dill weed, salt and onion powder. Cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve piping hot.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
