Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Carnation milk, chilled
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
juice and finely grated rind of 2 lemons
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and rind.
Chill until almost set.
Whip chilled milk.
Add lemon jello mixture (beat well lightly).
Grease bottom of baking dish with margarine.
Pack 1/2 of crumbs in dish.
Add mixture; put rest of crumbs on top.
Chill.
