Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp.orange juice
    1 medium size clove garlic, crushed
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine beans, 1 tablespoon chopped onions, vinegar, orange juice and garlic.
    Blend until smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Ready to serve.
    Garnish with remaining 1 tablespoon red onions.
    Serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies or toasted pita triangles.
