Holy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 8 chicken breasts
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 small carton sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken and remove from bone.
Cut in small pieces and put in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish.
Combine soups, sour cream and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken.
Crush crackers and sprinkle crumbs over the soup and cream mixture. Spread the melted butter over the crackers.
Cook until bubbly and hot through in 350\u00b0 oven.
