Strawberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained with juice saved
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 large bananas
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add strawberries, saving juice.
    Add pineapple (save juice) and sliced bananas.
    Combine juices saved from fruit with water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Stir together and pour 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex or non-metallic dish.
    Chill 1 hour; spread sour cream on top. Pour rest of Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
