Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and cut into round circles.
    Place in 2 or 3-quart deep pan and add milk and water.
    Cut Velveeta into large chunks and place about half inside of potatoes.
    Add margarine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
    About 10 minutes before done, add rest of cheese.
    Serves 4 to 5.
