Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garlic, number cloves to taste (big salad 2 cloves, small salad 1 clove)
    salt and pepper
    oil
    Parmesan cheese
    onions
    romaine or iceberg lettuce
    tomatoes
    salami (if desired)
    cheese (if desired)
    carrots (if desired)
Preparation
    Wooden bowl works best to mix ingredients.
    Mash garlic in bowl with fork.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add oil, 1/2 cup for medium salad.
    Add Parmesan cheese unti thickens somewhat. Cut tomatoes and onions in slices and add to mixture.
    Dry the lettuce.
    Break in pieces and mix into oil/cheese mixture.
    Add salami, cheese and carrots.
