Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. hen, cooked and deboned
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    2 apples with peeling, chopped in chunks
    1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. noodles (before cooked), cooked according to directions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
