Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Put pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix sugar and flour; put over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese over pineapple mixture.
Next layer the cracker crumbs.
Pour the melted butter over the cracker crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Good with ham or chicken.
