Bourbon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 lb. candied cherries, cut up
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
    2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix milk and bourbon; add to crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Add fruit and pecans; work with hands until all crumbs are mixed.
    Divide into 3 rolls.
    Sift powdered sugar on waxed paper.
    Roll and shape with fingers.
    Cover with powdered sugar.
    Store in refrigerator. Slice to serve.
    Freezes well.
