Kim'S Foolproof Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (try cinnamon)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
    Pack into the bottom of pan.
    Beat cream cheese with sugar, then beat in eggs (one at a time).
    Fold in the sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then shut oven off and leave it in the oven for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
