Creamy Lobster Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    3 potatoes, diced small
    2 c. hot light cream
    2 c. hot milk
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, diced
    1 lb. frozen lobster meat, diced
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    salt and pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    When hot, add onion.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Add potatoes and season well.
    Pour in cream and milk; season again.
    Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes over low heat.
    Add mushrooms and continue cooking.
    Stir in lobster and simmer 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
    Sprinkle with chives and paprika before serving.
