Geluski Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 to 2 onions
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
    1 large can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Core cabbage and parboil until tender.
    Cut hard top if any off each leaf.
    Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Make rolls out of mixture and roll them in leaves.
    Put them in a big pan and cover with V-8 juice.
    If that doesn't cover it, put in some more. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 4 to 5 hours or 250\u00b0 oven for 8 to 9 hours.
