12 Hour Crocked Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 onions, finely chopped
    2 bell peppers, seeded and diced
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 to 4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. plain cocoa powder
Preparation
    Stir meat and tomato paste together in crock-pot.
    Stir in other ingredients (add no liquid).
    Turn cooker on low heat. Cover and cook 12 hours.
    Skim and discard any fat.
    Makes 4 servings with 240 calories each.
