Sour Cream Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
    1 large egg
    2 c. bread flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Process in dough cycle.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4 to 5 times; divide in half.
    Shape each portion into 9 rolls and place in an 8-inch round pan.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) free from drafts for 40 minutes or until double in bulk.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
