Squash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. fat-free chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. low-fat oleo
Preparation
    Cook all except milk until soft.
    Pour into a blender at high speed.
    Add 1 cup of milk and return to heat.
    Add the other cup when returned to heat.
