Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    18 to 20 crushed crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1 cup water.
    Cut cheese up in squares. Drain broccoli and place in bowl.
    Mix in cheese.
    Put 1/2 stick of butter in; stir.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crackers.
    Pour remaining butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
