Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Line bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls, pressing together.
    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
