Ginny'S Christmas Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. water or carrot juice
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
