Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 or 3/4 green pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
chopped pecans
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Cream the cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix all other ingredients, except the pecans. Chill.
Can be rolled in a log or a ball and rolled in pecans.
