Steamed Broccoli With Basil Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    If using fresh broccoli, clean well and cut into bite size pieces.
    Steam fresh or frozen broccoli until barely tender, keeping the bright green color.
    In a small pan, melt butter and stir in basil.
    Allow basil to cook in butter over very low heat for about 5 minutes. Just before serving, toss the broccoli gently with the basil butter.
    Yields 4 servings.
