Chicken With Tart Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 navel oranges
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    6 chicken breasts
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. defatted chicken stock
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Fry in a large skillet in 2 teaspoons oil.
