Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. wheat cracker thins, crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Thaw broccoli and place in a 2-quart baking dish.
Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter for 5 minutes.
Blend the flour, salt and water. Add to onion and butter mixture.
Stir cheese into mixture and blend until smooth.
Add this to broccoli.
Pour beaten eggs over top.
Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
