Eggs Fantastic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    4 oz. hot sauce
    8 oz. sausage
    8 oz. Velveeta
    8 oz. Monterey Jack
    8 oz. Cheddar
    mushrooms
    olives
    onions
Preparation
    Saute onion, sausage and mushrooms; drain.
    Mix eggs and sour cream in blender.
    Grease glass pan.
    Cook eggs 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Add hot sauce and sausage mixture.
    Slice cheese and lay on Cheddar and Monterey Jack, then Velveeta.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May be done a day ahead.
