Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-cooked egg
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
paprika to garnish
Preparation

Mash and mix the entire egg with seasonings.
Serve as a salad on a lettuce leaf with tomato wedges or serve as filling for a sandwich.
