Peanut Butter Candy Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 1/2 c. 10x sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Blend together margarine and 2 cups of sugar.
    Gradually add remaining sugar and milk, blending well until mixture is consistency of pie dough.
    Sprinkle area with 10x sugar and roll out 1/2 of dough into rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread entire surface with peanut butter.
    Starting at longest edge, roll up like a jelly roll.
    Repeat with remaining dough.
    Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    Cut into slices and serve.
