Cranberry Apple Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 apples (about 1 lb.)
    5 small pears (about 1 lb.)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Pare, halve, core and chop apples and pears.
    Put in a medium saucepan.
    Add washed cranberries, sugar, water and horseradish. Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, or until fruits are tender.
    Cool.
    Store in covered containers in refrigerator for 2 or 3 weeks.
    Makes about 4 cups.
