Santa Fe Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, diced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    flour tortillas
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    picante sauce
    1 garlic clove, mashed
Preparation
    Cut up bell pepper, onion and chicken breasts.
    Sear chicken in 2 teaspoons oil.
    Add paprika, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes.
    Add bell pepper, onion and garlic.
    Cook about 4 minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken broth and rice.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done or longer.
    Serve in warmed flour tortillas with grated Cheddar cheese and picante sauce.
