Garden Fresh Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 unpeeled tomatoes, chopped coarsely
    2 onions, chopped coarsely
    2 green peppers, chopped coarsely
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put tomatoes, onions, peppers and cabbage in a large saucepan. Tie spices in cheesecloth; drop in pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables, stirring until well mixed. Bring to a boil and simmer about 20 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Makes 5 pints.
