Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 eggs, beaten well
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    about 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Let the first 4 ingredients come to a boil; add eggs.
    Add cornstarch and let thicken.
    Add sugar, milk and vanilla.
