Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    3 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce
    2 pkg. spaghetti sauce (Schilling yellow pkg.)
    2 grated carrots
    2 chopped celery stalks
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1 small box lasagna
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables. Saute in butter. Set aside. Brown meat and drain. Combine vegetables, meat, tomato sauce and all spices; simmer while noodles cook. Cook noodles with 1/8 cup of oil so noodles won't stick. Grease 13 x 9 pan. Layer all ingredients (noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan). Top with parsley, olives and Parmesan. Bake 20 minutes.
