Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix egg white with 2 tablespoons water.
    Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
    Coat pecans in egg white; spread on a greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle well with sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Turn once.
    Cool on waxed paper.
